In this episode I discuss the topic of balance in your group practice, as a group practice owner. I see within our community that we often find it difficult to balance the various roles we play within our group practice, and so I discuss in detail the 4 tips below to creating balance as a group practice owner.

Tip #1: Organizing–> Learning how to organize your business increases the ability to have balance in the long run.

Tip #2: Delegating–>How to delegate (and what to delegate) tasks so that you have more time for you!

Tip #3:Batching–> What is batching and how batching one thing for extended periods of time helps you be more efficient.

Tip #4: Tracking–> When you track certain processes in your group, you will see where you can let go, delegate, and reduce time spent on certain tasks.
