Hey Group Practice listeners!
Welcome to the first episode of 2019 season!
This episode, I’m talking about my word of the year for 2019.
2018 was, for me, a sort of wild and filled with events sort of year. I’ve been thinking about what I want my word for 2019 to be, because there were a lot of ups and downs last year.
I’ve decided that the words I want to use for 2019 and how I want to embody myself are SIMPLIFY and INTENTION.
This year I want to stay focused and simplify everything – from how I do things in business to how I do things in The Group Practice Exchange, and also just how I live my life all around.
Listen to the episode to find out more about how I picked my word AND to find out what’s new this year for The Group Practice Exchange Podcast! We have some exciting new things happening in the podcast this year, so this is an episode you don’t want to miss!
