My name is Dana Rivera, and I’ve spent years in leadership within Urban Wellness, including serving as an Integrator. In that role, I supported our practice owner by managing day-to-day operations, building strong systems, improving accountability, and helping teams stay aligned and connected so the business could grow in a healthy, sustainable way.
Now, as a coach and consultant, I help practice owners understand when and how to bring on an Integrator and how to build a strong Visionary–Integrator partnership. I also support Integrators in stepping confidently into their role—strengthening their leadership skills, creating structure, and learning how to effectively support the practice owner and the leadership team as well.
