The Accountability Equation™ will take you on a journey, moving you from overwhelmed practice owner to knowledgeable CEO. It has 5 core concepts within its flow, called The 5 As.
First we'll go over the goals of the retreat, share an agenda review plus an overview of The Accountability Equation™ 5 A's to support you getting started.
Then we'll dive into the first A, providing time for an overview and time to work on actionable items for your business with the support of the industry experts, ending with a Q+A. The Assemble section begins your accountability-building journey by building out all the roles and functions within your business.
Your learning initiatives and action plan in this section include:
- Designing your Roles and Functions Matrix
After a break, we'll head into the next A where we will share the overview and dive into Kolbe Assessments with time for a discussion. - Leadership interview questions
- Kolbe A Index
Then we'll dive into the third A, providing time for an overview and time to work on actionable items for your business with the support of the industry experts, ending with a Q+A.
Assign is all about your leadership team. During this time we'll work together to build your Accountability Tracker, a system that will be the hub for all leaders to ensure they’re working towards the greater vision of your organization. You’ll also ensure that your leadership team learns how to coach their teams to success.

On the second day we'll recap what we reviewed the day before and take the time to share with one another about findings, realizations, and more! Then we will dive into the agenda overview for Day 2.
During Audit, the fourth A, we'll be providing time for an overview and to work on actionable items for your business with the support of the industry experts, ending with a Q+A. This A is about everyone understanding their responsibilities. Once this happens, your team will regularly audit their accountabilities by checking dashboards that tell the story of your business metrics.
Your learning initiatives and action plan in this section include:
- Building your dashboards: Admin, Clinical, HR, Onboarding, Visionary & Integrator
After a break, we'll take the time to build your leadership meeting agenda, so when you head back you'll have a structure to start implementing into your practice. This section is to ensure that meetings are purposeful and focused. You’ll use the Leadership Meeting Agenda as the structure for all meetings.
Your learning initiatives and action plan in this section include:
-Building your leadership meeting agenda
This section will be all about understanding what an integrator does, breaking down how they'll support cross functional teams, and your business, as you step our of your day to day operations. I'll dive into how you can fill these absurdly large shoes so you can feel ready to fully step back.
We'll take the time to build and create your action plan, how you are going to carve out time to implement it and WHO is going to be your integrator (the person accountable for implementing) so when you head back you'll have actionable steps to start applying to your practice.
Then we'll wrap up with breakouts with our industry experts (including Maureen!) to support you in answering any questions you have about implementing the structures into your practice.

The Coaching Path - I will explain this later on this page!
There’s a massive gap in how we should lead our teams and how we currently lead our teams. You know, I’ve been here before, just like you. I remember the days before I ran 4 group practices and had a dedicated team; it seemed like I hit a brick wall before growing my business.
Micromanaging seemed like the right option because I assumed my team wasn’t capable (even though I hired them)
I faced constant burnout because I wore all the hats instead of operating in my zone of genius
Every day I was in the trenches of my business instead of operating at a higher level - the level that’s required when you’re ready to expand
But now, I’m living the life of my dreams. There was a time when I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Secure predictable revenue + income with systems that work specifically for you
Claim the fundamentals of team building with audits and action plans to make your strategic plan work no matter what
Keep your employees accountable to the practice and joyful that they get to work with you
Your staff and community will be totally onboard with supporting the practice, and they will look out for the best interest of the business you’re all growing together (teamwork!!)
Hi. I’m Maureen Werrbach – owner of a 7+ figure group practice in the Chicago area with 4 successful locations and founder of The Group Practice Exchange — where I coach other group practice owners on building systems and designing their leadership to create their own thriving 7+ figure practices that can run themselves so you can do what you love most.
I’ve gone through all the trial and error finding what works so you don’t have to. I currently run 3 separate businesses and still make plenty of time for myself and my VIPs. And I couldn’t have done it without implementing this framework in my business.
In The Accountability Equation™, I’m sharing with you the exact framework I use to delegate the right things to the right people and hold them accountable for doing those things well.
These systems have allowed me to not only step away from the majority of the day-to-day, but to grow my practices and make the impact in my community I always thought I would make. With these systems in place, Urban Wellness is in a prime position to sell someday when I’m ready to exit the business.
Hey there! I’m Casey Gromer. I’m an MBA graduate with over 20 years experience working in business and marketing. I’m currently serving group practice owners as a business strategist and Fractional Integrator. I’m an expert at creating efficient systems that shave time and help practice owners like you reach success.
Maureen is one of my favorite clients.
Together, we have perfected her team’s Accountability Chart and Performance Dashboard so that she rarely has to worry about what’s happening in the business.
Over the last several months, I’ve worked with multiple group practice owners who’ve asked for help structuring their teams and ensuring everyone is on the same page, doing their part to move the business forward – even when they aren’t owners or founders of the business.
This framework was designed using Maureen’s experience designing delegation systems that are working across the board. You’re going to see examples of what’s working for others and also be able to custom design the system that works best for your practice.
