When I was building The Accountability Equation™, one of the things that stood out to me as missing from other accountability programs was a focus on anti-oppression and how much accountability teachings are steeped in systems of oppression. 
According to the Anti-Violence Project, Anti-Oppression work seeks to recognize the oppression in our society. It attempts to mitigate its effects and eventually equalize the power imbalance in our communities. 
I urge all of us to think about how we show up as anti-oppressive leaders when we set accountabilities and coach our employees. 
Though I am no expert on anti-oppression work, as part of my own value of working to deconstruct oppression in my career, I’ll share some questions and considerations to help guide you in creating your individualized Accountability Equation through an anti-oppressive lens. 
I’ll also share resources on furthering your own anti-oppression journey as a workplace leader.

Hi.
